An Irish Escape: Discovering Dublin

Exploring Ireland was such a beautiful and memorable experience. We flew directly from Calgary to Dublin with WestJet, which made the journey so convenient and easy.

One of the most special parts of this trip was meeting up with my cousin Macy. We grew up together in our grandmother’s house, so it was really wonderful seeing her again and spending time together. I also reunited with relatives from the Yrasuegui side of my family whom I had not seen since I was around 10 years old, imagine how emotional and surreal that felt after so many years!

Of course, I also explored Dublin’s famous Temple Bar area, walked through its lively streets, and tried some delicious Irish treats. Dublin has such a fun and welcoming atmosphere, with so much history, culture, and character everywhere you look.

I truly enjoyed my time there, and Dublin is definitely a place I know I will visit again soon. Here are some of my recommendations for anyone planning a trip to this charming Irish city! ☘️
